Installation requirements

Professional installation is required. Have a qualified HVAC installer confirm the system capacity, room-by-room sizing, electrical supply, line-set requirements and placement before ordering. Installation labor and site-specific electrical work are not included.

Refrigerant connections and evacuation must be completed using the manufacturer’s installation procedure. This is not a plug-in portable air conditioner or a tool-free DIY system. Use the instructions for the exact model and voltage you select.

Multi-zone systems ship in multiple boxes. Confirm all indoor and outdoor units and ordered components have arrived before scheduling installation. Indoor-unit capacity combinations are model-specific; adding their ratings does not change the outdoor unit’s rated system capacity.
